Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. could be the hottest name on the free agent market this offseason. He could also end up being old news. It really depends on what wideout-hungry NFL teams think of his chances to remain healthy in 2023 and beyond.
At the very least, though, OBJ has to try to make his case to these teams, and that's exactly what he did with the release of a new workout video.
All-Pro WR Odell Beckham missed the entire 2022 season after suffering a torn ACL injury on Super Bowl 56.

It appears @obj is getting closer to 100%, as shown in a recent workout video.pic.twitter.com/Yi8eVIR93t
Notably, this is the first time any of us have seen OBJ do anything football related (other than showing up to watch games) since he tore his ACL in Super Bowl LVI.
Frankly, this is not much to work with. It's clear that his knee is feeling better enough, so much so that he seemed to have no problem cutting around at the line of scrimmage and getting out of his break. He also looked as fast as can be on the sprint after the catch.
Of course, this was just one "play" and it's not like he was trying to get open with Jalen Ramsey covering him on the other side. Even practice squad players can look like All-Pro receivers against the air.
It will be interesting to see if OBJ gets any traction this offseason. If he's healthy and can play a role like he did for the Super Bowl-winning Rams in 2021, he'll be a huge addition.
